Job Description: Children of America is seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for carrying out all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives for Children of America childcare centers.
Who Would I Interact with?In this role, you will have daily interactions with parents, School Directors, and Assistant Directors.
What are the requirements for this job?
- Bachelors degree required
- 1 year of experience working in Billing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Review information and reports provided by center management analyze for accuracy and enter spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.
- Assist center and district managers in use of processes procedures and software.
- Assist center management in the adjustments of billed accounts due to changes in rates, credits, and billings errors.
- Develop relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Maintain high standards of quality and service to both internal and external customers.
- Ensure that all operations activities operate consistently and ethically within the values and mission of Children of America
- Passionate about Children of America's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy mission and values of Children of America to external and internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for Billing of accounts for centers.
- Document, bill, and collections of all monies owed from government agencies.
- Analyze invoices and reports for accuracy.
- Submit monthly children's attendance and invoices to respective agencies for assigned schools.

The Base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
