Description
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $31.55hr - $36.55hr

Requirement/Must Have:
- Highschool diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of tariffs, customer classifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to review usage data, billing determinants, and account configurations.
- Knowledge of rate schedules and customer class rules.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality assurance checks for a managed service provider.
- Oversee processes related to utility billing operations including bill adjustments, rebills, exception handling, and credit-related activities.
- Manage standard utility billing activities and resolve routine billing exceptions.
- Process billing adjustments and rebills effectively.
- Resolve customer billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal audit controls.
- Provide informal guidance or review support to managed service providers.
