Billing Analyst

Job Title: Coverage Analyst/Billing Analyst
Location: Remote
Contract: 18 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Summary / Duties:
The Coverage Analyst III will provide temporary remote support to Research Institute’s Clinical Trials Administration team during Epic Research Modernization and Stanford-JVCC readiness. The role will focus on clinical research coverage analysis, protocol review, billing calendar development, study startup, workflow redesign, operational readiness, and implementation support. The analyst will partner with cross-functional research, finance, contracting, and operational teams to help complete time-sensitive work tied to the November 30 JVCC go-live and other year-end deliverables. This is a four-month assignment reporting to Victoria Johnson. The position is 100% remote; Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple research workstreams and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Mandatory Experience:
Experience with billing calendar development and clinical trial billing workflows.
