We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Billing & Operations Specialist to join our Home Office team in Laconia, NH.
Position Overview
The Billing & Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting billing operations, provider support, office administration, and internal systems management. This position works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure billing processes, provider support tasks, and office operations are completed accurately and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational variety, takes pride in accuracy, and can comfortably move between billing work, administrative support, systems troubleshooting, and office coordination throughout the day.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in deadline-driven billing, invoicing, or operational support work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to billing accuracy
- Experience working within billing, scheduling, EMR, practice-management, or operational software systems
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including reviewing formulas, reconciling data, and identifying discrepancies
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and context-switch throughout the day
- Comfortable supporting operational processes as part of a collaborative team structure
- Reliable in-person attendance at our Laconia, NH office
Ideal Backgrounds
Candidates with experience in the following environments may be especially successful in this role:
- Medical billing or practice operations within a clinic or therapy setting
- School district business offices, especially involving Medicaid or Special Education billing
- Office management and billing coordination in healthcare, behavioral health, or education-related organizations
- Accounts receivable or billing coordination roles in small to mid-sized service organizations
