Billing Associate

Ready Cable, Inc. is a wholesale manufacturing/distribution company in the building material supply industry. We sell post tension, rebar, lumber and all the accessories. We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Skills and Requirements

• Accurate and Precise heavy data entry is required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
• Computer skills a must (Microsoft office software)
• Quick Book is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
• Dependability
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing
• Address inquiries and resolve issues related to billing
• Reviewing and preparing invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data
• Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies or disputes, by communicating with our sales team and others as needed
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Meeting deadlines
• Assist with other accounting functions as needed
