Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 5+ years working with Guidewire Billing Center with ACE Certification.
- Experience supporting Guidewire implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance billing processes.
- Experience writing:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional Specifications
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
