Job Title: Billing Clerk

About the Role
McCarthy Tire is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you'll help process invoices, maintain records, assist customers and vendors, and support daily store operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and billing documents accurately
- Assist with customer and vendor account inquiries
- Maintain organized customer and billing records
- Review transactions and help identify billing discrepancies
- Match invoices with supporting documentation
- Assist with vendor statement reviews and follow up on outstanding items
- Provide friendly customer service and administrative support
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous office, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Requirements- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Dependable and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
