Billing & Contract Specialist

We are an Inland Empire based contractor that specializes in underground wet utilities. We are seeking a Billings and Contracts Specialist that is skilled, dependable and a hardworking individual who can work independently and can grow in their position with the company.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Billings and Contracts Specialist position is responsible for performing various duties.

\n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• \n
• Providing professional customer service
• \n
• Understand construction contracts and billing requirements
• \n
• Use third party applications for billing contracts
• \n
• Accounts Receivable, processing lien releases
• \n
• Preliminary Notices
• \n
• General Liability Insurance
• \n
• Staying organized
• \n
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• \n
• Ability to show up on time
• \n
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle to run local errands
• \n

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS

\n

• \n
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction
• \n
• Knowledge of Excel & Word format along with Outlook
• \n
• Knowledge with General Liability insurance
• \n
• Ability to work with Developers/ Suppliers and submitting construction billing forms.
• \n
• Work Independently
• \n
• Knowledge in lien releases for construction contracts
• \n
• Position is full-time Mon. – Fri.
• \n
