Compensation: To $26/hr

Job Overview - Billing Coordinator - 34399

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our client's finance team. The ideal candidate will manage high-volume billing operations, including batch processing, and ensure accuracy across multiple billing portals. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare, process, and manage high-volume billing batches accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update billing records across multiple portals and systems
  • Verify billing data, ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual agreements
  • Communicate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
  • Generate billing reports and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate revenue recognition
  • Support month-end close processes by providing billing documentation and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related finance roles
  • Experience managing high-volume billing and batch processing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with multiple billing portals or ERP systems
