Job Title: Billing Coordinator
Location: Dublin, Ohio (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)


Position Overview


Our client, a growing organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting financial operations.


The Billing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall billing and collections processes.


Key Responsibilities



  • Generate and process client invoices accurately and on time

  • Monitor accounts and assist with payment tracking and collections

  • Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation

  • Maintain and update billing records and account information

  • Collaborate with internal finance teams to reconcile and evaluate accounts

  • Compile and manage data from multiple systems

  • Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and audits as needed

  • Perform additional administrative and technical tasks as assigned


Required Skills & Qualifications



  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Experience within the transportation or logistics industry

  • Familiarity with McLeod software

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)
