Transforming Lives At Silverado we believe dignity and respect are two of the most valuable commodities in the world. There is no higher praise for us than the smile of a happy patient, the thanks of a relieved client, or the revitalized embrace of an engaged resident. Our commitment to caring is something shared by every member of the Silverado family, and it forms the framework for how we operate. There is no exaggeration in saying that we want to change the world and raise its expectations for our industry.
Silverado team members choose to join our family based on their desire to be a part of something that makes lives better. In many cases they have experience with close family members requiring additional levels of care, so they understand the challenges and concerns that come with entrusting a loved one's care to another.
From our executives to our nurses, from culinary staff to administrators, there is a common core belief:
Everyone deserves a good quality of life.
This is the culture of Silverado, and it has helped us bring greater respect and dignity to every life we touch.
