Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to manage customer invoicing, subcontractor billing, and customer account maintenance.
What You'll Do:
? Prepare and submit customer invoices with supporting documentation
? Upload invoices through customer portals and email submissions by required deadlines
? Maintain subcontractor agreements and process related invoicing
? Post invoices accurately to customer accounts
? Track and follow up on outstanding billing items
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships
? Participate in project management meetings and provide billing updates
What We're Looking For:
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy
? Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
? Experience with data entry and invoicing processes
