Under the direction of the Billing & Data Supervisor and Data and Systems Manager, the Billing Coordinators are responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Homeless Division's billing system for CalAIM-funded programming. Oversees all aspects of billing: data entry, transmission, reimbursements, re-billing, etc. Trains and oversees all Medical Assistants assigned to assist with billing. Trouble shoots issues with HMIS, ClientTrack, Cen Cal, etc. The Billing Coordinator II has added responsibility of managing Housing Deposits and Home Goods purchasing, and facilitating the process with staff. The Billing Coordinator II will serve as the primary point of contact for all Housing Deposits and Home Goods correspondence with CAPSLO's finance department.
