Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Advanced experience in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel (to include VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
• Experience entering and managing large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in Excel spreadsheets and databases.
• Create, modify, and manage complex Excel workbooks.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, and data validation tools.
• Analyze and reconcile data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Generate reports and summaries from large datasets.
• Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
• Verify data integrity and perform quality checks on completed work.
• Collaborate with team members to gather, compile, and report information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.
