Job title: Billing/Invoicing Clerk “C” Shift
General Description: Job responsibilities include creating manifests, billing orders,
generating invoices and maintaining spreadsheets. This position works closely with in plant shipping and accounting. Any other duties as needed.
Hours: will be 10:00pm – 6:30am, Tuesday - Saturday. Sundays possible 4-hour shift. Flexibility with hours and days is required, or as needed.
Required skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, ECS, Shop Floor, and a 10-key
calculator. General computer knowledge, effective communication skills, self-motivation,
& the ability to multi-task is required.
Education Requirements: (if applicable) High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
