Job Description SUMMARY

Edit freight information in RVI Imaging and TMW Invoicing for accurate freight billing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and review load information in the RVI system (windows or AS400)

Confirm all necessary back up paperwork is received

Audit load data in TMW Invoicing

Correct incorrect data in TMW Dispatch

Review error report and correct as needed

Prepare invoices to mail, checking invoice and back up paperwork for errors

Mail invoices or send to appropriate departments

Scan and index documents for documentation purposes as needed

Perform other related duties as required Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of billing systems

Familiar with transportation/trucking industry is a plus but not required

Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems

Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

Good communication with co-workers

Familiar with products, customers, and billing requirements
