Billing & Leasing Specialist

Our well-established client is currently seeking a Billing & Leasing Specialist to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities of the Billing & Leasing Specialist will include:

• Process and create sales orders and purchase orders
• Work with vendors to purchase equipment at best costs 
• Process returns or purchases of leased equipment 
• Work closely with sales representatives, technicians, and other staff, to assure smooth delivery of equipment to customers           and return of leased equipment  
• Invoice sales orders 
• Create and update equipment contracts 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications of the Billing & Leasing Specialist:

• Associate degree and 1+ year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of sales processes
• Experience in billing and/or leasing
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated individual

• Detail oriented and deadline driven

Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $40,000 - $50,000.
