Strong experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Wound Care, and/or Physician Practice billingis highly preferred
------------------------------------------------------------------------ Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day billing and revenue cycle operations onsite - Oversee medical billing, coding, claims submission, and collections - Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement from commercial and government payers - Monitor key billing metrics, denials, and AR, implementing process improvements - Lead, train, and support onsite billing and authorization staff - Ensure compliance with payer requirements, policies, and regulatory standards - Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to resolve revenue issues - Support audits, reporting, and payer communications as needed ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management - Prior leadership or management experience required - Strong background in ASC, wound care, or physician practice billingstrongly preferred - In-depth knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, payer guidelines, and reimbursement processes - Experience managing denials, appeals, and process improvement initiatives - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills ::: {data-start="1909" end="1972"} Compensation and Benefits - $80,000 salary (DOE) - Direct hire, full-time, onsite in Carmel, IN - Opportunity to lead and build scalable billing operations - Stable organization with growth potential For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below
