About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead a high‑volume legal billing function within a multi‑office professional services organization. This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for both day‑to‑day billing execution and managing a team of billing professionals.

The ideal candidate brings deep law firm billing expertise, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys balancing people leadership with process improvement and execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, execute, and oversee high‑volume legal billing
• 
  
• Manage and mentor a team of billing professionals across multiple locations
• 
  
• Ensure billing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with attorney and client requirements
• 
  
• Apply and maintain billing policies, guidelines, and strict billing deadlines
• 
  
• Balance hands‑on billing responsibilities with departmental oversight
• 
  
• Identify and implement opportunities for workflow and process improvements
• 
  
• Partner closely with leadership and related teams
•

• Law firm billing experience

• Hands‑on, high‑volume billing background

• Proven experience managing and developing billing teams

• Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills
