Billing Operations Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Billing Operations Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Join a Billing Operations team in a back-office operations role supporting critical billing processes, reconciliations, and revenue growth initiatives. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage multiple priorities and work independently. This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 4 days onsite and is open to recent college graduates.

Responsibilities:

• Process billing control reports and execute batch processes within the billing application
• Perform billing-related reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across operational processes
• Assist with projects and initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency
• Prioritize and complete daily operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage competing responsibilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Back-office operations experience preferred

Desired skills:

• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Microsoft Access experience
• A college degree
