Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end commissions reporting process with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Submit pricing files to utilities and perform site pricing updates.
• Perform accounts receivable reviews and resolve billing errors.
• Monitor daily usage-not-billing reports and resolve check rejections.
• Assist with month-to-month utility reconciliation and rerate analysis.
• Support customer billing inquiries and handle complaint resolutions.

Requirements

• Experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience in the utilities or energy industry.
• Additional Excel skills such as macros.
