Join our Team as a Billing Relations Lead

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring scheduled outpatient procedures receive the necessary certification and precertification approvals to support positive patient and financial outcomes. You'll serve as a valuable resource for physician offices and team members, providing professional communication, process oversight, and training support while helping maintain efficient revenue cycle operations.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure certification and precertification requirements are completed for scheduled outpatient procedures to prevent reimbursement issues and patient penalties.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and effective communication with physician offices and other healthcare partners.
  • Monitor work queues to ensure timely completion and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
  • Support revenue cycle operations by helping maintain accurate and efficient processes.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new employees.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's degree, CMA, or Nursing degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Nursing or Patient Access is required.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle is preferred.
  • Understanding insurance is a plus.
