In the role of Billing Specialist 1, we'll count on you to:

• Work with a team of billing professionals to prepare system generated invoices to provide accurate and timely billing using HDR accounting software.
• Implement contract requirements while maintaining company controls.
• Set up contract and billing terms within HDR accounting software
• Generate a high volume of customer invoices as directed by Billing Managers
• Work with user departments to assure customers requirements are met
• Ensure the accurate and timely billing of clients while complying with company policies.
• Track and document contract billing requirements for customers
• Research and correct billing issues
• Test new software functionality
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume billing environment and/or experience within the A/E/C industry preferred
• Bachelors or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• Oracle E-Business Suite experience
• Local candidates preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
