The Billing Specialist works closely with the Accounting team and the Controller. This position establishes all new clients within the accounting software and performs all annual and monthly billing for products and services. The Billing Specialist reports to the Sr. Billing Specialist. What Youll Do. Responsible for monthly administrative billing functions encompassing all fees for all products and services offered. Responsible for setting up and maintaining customer accounts within internal billing system. Responsible for invoice corrections and updates, once approved from the Accounts Receivable Team Lead.
