Position Overview: Billing Specialist

Process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Review billing information for accuracy and completeness
Maintain accurate billing records and account documentation
Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections as needed
Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account questions
Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account balances
Reconcile billing records and assist with month-end close activities
Prepare billing reports and provide support to the accounting team
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation
Assist with other accounting and administrative projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
