Responsibilities

• Process accurate time and material billings for construction projects.
• Manage job costing, ensuring all labor and material documentation is correctly recorded.
• Collaborate with project and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Ensure all billing processes align with company standards and construction industry practices.
• Provide support to the team with any additional tasks related to time and material billing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in time and material billing, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Proficiency in job costing and construction billing processes.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, during regular business hours.

Benefits

Competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
