Our client is seeking a Billing Specialist to play a key role in managing billing operations on a major project. If youre someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making processes run smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and send accurate bills on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with customer contracts, rates, and deadlines.
• Manage customer accounts with specialized requirements.
• Handle lien waivers, invoice accruals, and follow-ups on payments.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy.
• Assist in generating and analyzing reports using accounting software.

What Theyre Looking For:

• Background in billing (construction experience is a bonus, but not required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Trimble Spectrum would be a huge plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
