What You’ll Do On a Typical Day:
- Audit submitted carrier invoice against Bill of Lading and order information in system to confirm accuracy and completeness.
- Research discrepancies and ensure corrections are completed; whether making corrections personally or following up with individuals from other departments.
- Redact sensitive information as needed.
- Ensure additional charges and/or special circumstances are correctly applied.
- Manage phone and email communication and respond promptly to any requests and questions.
- Utilize imaging software to scan documents and upload files to maintain proper recordkeeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products
- Able to multitask in a high-speed environment
- Exceedingly detail-oriented
- Able to uphold proper office etiquette
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
