Responsibilities Responsible for supporting billing operations through insurance verification, eligibility checks, and accounts payable follow-up.Assists with claim resolution, patient billing and financial counseling.Provides support to site staff on payer requirements and contributes to accurate and timely reimbursement.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle operations. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or related fieldOne to three years' experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or revenue cycle operationsExperience using Inovalon, Avality Essentials, GAMMIS, or similar eligibility and billing systemsExperience in behavioral health or a public healthcare setting is preferred.
