LHH is partnering with a rapidly growing entertainment company headquartered in Midtown Manhattan on this Billing Specialist role. We are looking for candidates on a temp-to-hire basis to join an expanding finance team. The ideal candidate will have WIP billing experience, can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can manage the full billing lifecycle with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle billing process, including WIP review, analysis, and conversion to invoices
Prepare and issue accurate, timely client invoices based on contracts, billing schedules, and project milestones
Monitor and maintain WIP balances, ensuring proper tracking, adjustments, and aging
Review and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
Run and reconcile AR aging and billing reports to support financial visibility
Assist with cash application and revenue tracking as needed
Support audit requests and maintain proper billing documentation and compliance
Qualifications
1+ year of billing experience
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
