Billing Specialist – Bilingual English/Spanish
Pay: $24/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Billing Specialist to manage billing, maintain accurate records, and assist with customer questions. This position requires strong computer skills, attention to accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and send customer invoices twice a month.
• Enter and update billing information in QuickBooks and ReconPro.
• Review accounts for accuracy and resolve billing errors.
• Communicate with customers and team members regarding billing questions.
• Track billing changes, corrections, and payments.
• Prepare basic billing and sales reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Previous billing or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and basic math.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Reliable, professional, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

Preferred: Excel experience and experience creating reports or tracking financial information.
