Job Title: Order to Billing SpecialistLocation: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Onsite)Contract Duration: 5.3 months with possible extensionPay Range: $28.00/hr. to $30.00/hr. on W2Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only

What will you do?- Review and accurately process incoming purchase orders applying Quotations, customer contracts, applying business rules and policies.
- Perform research and update customer records in ERP systems.
- Resolve purchase order deficiencies with customers and internal business functions.
- Manage open orders throughout the billing and shipment process including processing order changes.
- Take an active role in identifying and resolving any issues from order to cash including proactively addressing any potential order/quote issues and billing discrepancies.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to improve customer experience and business results.
- Generate and send invoices to customers and commercial representatives.
- Proactively advise management of any risk to contractual performance.
- Provide timely and detailed communication to all customers' requests.
- Communicate regularly with management on any critical issues or opportunities.
- Assist Customer Operations and Support Manager or team as needed.
How will you get here?- High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of four years of customer service experience.
- A 4-year degree with a minimum of one year customer service experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Prior experience performing order entry, order management, and billing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system highly preferred.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize daily work and stay organized while managing multi-tasks.
- Handle high volume of transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy, shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and challenging deadlines.
- Great teammate yet can work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, must be willing to learn.
