About the Role: As a Skilled Nursing Facility Billing Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing and revenue management processes. You will be responsible for accurately processing Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care claims, managing billing discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving billing issues and optimizing our reimbursement rates. Responsibilities: Process and submit Medicaid, Medicare and HMO claims in a timely and accurate manner Manage and resolve billing discrepancies and errors Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and billing information Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve revenue cycle processes Stay up to date with changing Medicaid, Medicare and HMO regulations and guidelines Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize billing and revenue management processes PM25 Requirements: 2 years of experience in Skilled nursing facility billing and revenue management, with a focus on Medicaid, Medicare and HMO claims Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and billing software Your Path to Success (Benefits): Competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that truly supports you.
