WHAT YOULL DO
- Manage accounts receivable and billing for active restoration and construction projects, including accurate invoicing, payments, credits, balances, and collections follow-up.
- Compile and verify project charges, including labor, materials, equipment, expenses, allowances, discounts, and other billable costs.
- Reconcile and audit project records by reviewing labor hours, receipts, contracts, change orders, and billing details for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Monitor project costs and client accounts, communicating with Project Managers and clients regarding authorized limits, outstanding balances, payment requirements, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve billing issues, collaborating with Project Managers, field teams, and Accounting/HR while ensuring timely follow-through on open receivables and billing items.

- Highly organized and dependable, able to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and outstanding items while maintaining consistent follow-through.
- Strong communicator, comfortable working professionally with clients, Project Managers, and field staff regarding invoices, payments, missing information, and billing questions.
- Adaptable and technology-minded, able to learn new software and processes, work independently, handle changing priorities, and recognize when issues need to be escalated.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is primarily a desk-based role requiring prolonged sitting, frequent computer use, and repetitive hand and wrist movements for typing, data entry, and handling documents. The position may occasionally require standing, walking, bending, or lifting and carrying light office materials up to approximately 20 pounds.
