LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Billing Supervisor! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support daily billing team operations
Ensure timely, accurate invoice preparation and distribution
Monitor workflows and assign work based on priorities and capacity
Resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and escalated customer issues
Review and approve billing adjustments, credits, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Track performance metrics and provide reporting to leadership
Support month-end close activities related to billing and AR
Partner with internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to support development and performance
Maintain proper documentation and record retention
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
3+ years of Billing Supervisor experience or 5+ years of billing/AR with leadership responsibility
Prior team leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing systems, and AR processes
Proven problem-solving, process improvement, and quality assurance skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)
Knowledge of credit/collections and GAAP
Ability to analyze billing trends and identify process improvements
High attention to detail and accuracy
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
