Job Details

What You'll Do:

Manage daily workflow and staffing to meet productivity and quality standards
Conduct production and quality audits and complete performance evaluations on time
Handle escalations with urgency, accountability, and clear follow-through
Maintain, update, and create departmental policies, procedures, and workflows
Ensure Medicare compliance and assist with payer fee schedule loading and auditing
Stay current on regulatory changes, laws, and industry best practices

What You Bring:

5+ years in medical claims with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines and healthcare claims regulations
Healthcare AR experience required
EMR software experience required
