Job Description
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in billing systems administration and enterprise SaaS revenue platforms.
- Proficiency in Stripe administration, subscription lifecycle configurations, and payment processing.
- Experience with BillingPlatform or comparable cloud-based recurring billing management engines.
- Experience in REST API integrations, webhook troubleshooting, JSON data payloads, and Postman.
- Experience with dunning management, dispute handling, failed payment recovery, and invoice automation.
- Experience in systems administration, change control, technical runbook authoring, and data integrity audits.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize enterprise billing platforms to support recurring SaaS subscription operations.
- Configure pricing models, product catalogs, discount schedules, and invoice workflows within Stripe.
- Troubleshoot transaction failures, automate dunning sequences, and resolve billing discrepancies in production.
- Monitor and validate webhook events, REST API connections, and automated data synchronization feeds.
- Test and deploy configuration changes across billing systems adhering to formal change management protocols.
- Author standard operational procedures, technical runbooks, and system architecture documentation.
- Partner with finance, revenue operations, and engineering teams to implement automated revenue workflows.
