BIM Coordinator

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay: $50/hr - $52/hr

Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support complex semiconductor construction and facility projects. This role will coordinate BIM models and deliverables across engineering, design, construction, and trade teams throughout design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit/BIM coordination experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, industrial, cleanroom, or other highly technical construction environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM/Revit models, workflows, and deliverables across design teams, engineers, construction managers, and trade contractors.
  • Identify and help resolve model coordination and constructability issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support models and construction documents involving equipment layouts, P&IDs, utilities, plans, and facility systems.
  • Coordinate models across mechanical, electrical, process, high-purity, and other construction trades.
  • Review contractor BIM models, shop drawings, submittals, and as-built models.
  • Support BIM coordination for semiconductor tool install, facility infrastructure, cleanroom, and utility systems.
  • Integrate RFIs, submittals, manufacturer data, and field/as-built information into BIM workflows.
  • Facilitate model handoffs between designers, trade contractors, construction teams, commissioning, and Facilities Management.
  • Monitor model development and utilization throughout construction and project turnover.
  • Support model-based quantity takeoffs, commissioning activities, and facility operations/maintenance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a BIM Coordinator, VDC Coordinator, BIM Modeler, Revit Designer, or similar.
  • Strong experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination workflows.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models with engineering and construction trade teams.
  • Understanding of P&IDs, equipment layouts, construction documents, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical construction strongly preferred.
  • Semiconductor fab, tool install, process utilities, high-purity mechanical, or facility infrastructure experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across design, construction, and field teams.
  • All applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
