 Now Hiring: BIM Coordinator – Industrial Projects (Columbus, OH)
Contract-to-Direct | 6-Month Initial Duration

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator with a background in industrial project environments to join a dynamic team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract-to-direct role offering long-term potential and a chance to make a real impact through innovation and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with piping design for industrial plants
  • Ability to set standards, routines, blocks, and templates
  • Skilled in maintaining BIM/CAD libraries (AutoCAD & Revit)
  • Familiar with developing and documenting standards and industry best practices
  • Ability to deliver/schedule BIM/CAD training (on-site, remote, or online)
  • Experience participating in project kick-off meetings and resolving Revit setup issues
  • Proficient in NavisWorks and 3D software project setup
  • Capable of managing integrated BIM models and clash detection reports
  • Active participation in design reviews and clash resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Experience:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
  • Minimum 8 years working in MEP disciplines, with 3+ years in industrial project settings
  • Expert-level proficiency in:
    • Revit (2021 or newer)
    • AutoCAD (2021 or newer)
  • Strong familiarity with:
  • Navisworks Manage (2021 or newer): clash reports, rules, selection sets
  • AutoCAD Plant 3D
