Job Title: BIM Coordinator (Electrical)
Job Description
This role focuses on coordinating electrical systems within virtual design and construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. The BIM Coordinator collaborates closely with field supervisors and project managers to integrate BIM models with field operations, ensuring accurate representation and coordination of electrical systems throughout the construction process. The position also supports adherence to established coordination standards and promotes effective collaboration with general contractors and other MEP designers.

Work Environment
The role is based in an office environment in Raleigh, North Carolina, working on-site with a project and coordination team. The BIM Coordinator works closely with field supervisors, project managers, and other design and construction professionals to support field integration of BIM models. Daily work involves extensive use of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM/VDC tools in a collaborative, project-focused setting. The position operates within a professional construction and design environment where teamwork, communication, and coordination across disciplines are essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
