BIM Coordinator / BIM Librarian (Contract) Remote (PST) Shape the Future of Data Center Infrastructure Join a global leader in data center design and help power the digital world. As a BIM Coordinator / BIM Librarian, you'll play a critical role in organizing, migrating, and standardizing project data into a modern cloud-based environment-supporting some of the most complex, large-scale builds in the industry. What You'll Do + Lead and support the migration of BIM and construction documentation into a centralized cloud platform + Contribute to BIM and construction lifecycle activities with a strong focus on document control, data migration, and project closeout readiness + Partner with project managers, construction teams, and stakeholders to ensure all models, drawings, and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant + Support migrations, including folders, models, metadata, and permissions, while preserving version history and data integrity + Start with a focus on construction administration and document control, then transition into leading project closeouts for mission-critical builds + Ensure digital assets are structured, standardized, and optimized for long-term operations, retrofits, and future use + Perform quality checks on file naming, structure, completeness, and integrity + Identify and resolve missing or non-compliant documentation + Manage and track documentation across standardized systems and workflows + Interpret construction drawings (CDs, IFCs, shop drawings, redlines, as-builts) + Apply disciplined data management practices aligned with ISO standards What You Bring + 2+ years in BIM coordination, document control, or construction administration + Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or AutoCAD + Strong understanding of construction documentation and BIM file structures + Hands-on experience with document management systems (ACC, Procore, etc.) + Experience working in structured, SLA-driven environments + Detail-oriented with strong quality control and communication skills Nice to Have + Data center or large-scale construction project experience + Familiarity with ACC migration, BIM 360, Bluebeam, SharePoint + Knowledge of ISO standards and project closeout processes Why Join + Work on cutting-edge, global data center projects + Gain exposure across the full BIM lifecycle + Opportunity for long-term extension or conversion + Collaborative, high-impact team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
