BIM Designer

Job Description Daily responsibilities will include designing the Mechanical and Plumbing systems of Data Centers and utilizing Revit to create and maintain BIM models. You must be able to work independently and work within a team environment to accomplish assigned tasks. Skills and Requirements Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, architectural and engineering design, etc) 5+ years supporting data center's and doing the design Ideally +10 years of design experience on land development, large industrial, warehouse and commercial projects. Proficient in related civil design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks, sketch up and MS Office Suite. Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standard including Local and international standards. Personable and driven Pay Rate - Between $55-$75/hr
