Hoffman Construction is seeking a BIM Integrator to join the on-site BIM Department for a high-tech semiconductor construction project. The BIM Integrator reports to Hoffman''s BIM Manager, project BIM Coordinators, and project-level management.

This role serves as a liaison between the BIM team and other functional groups on the project, including Construction Management, Field Supervision, Scheduling, and Estimating.

This is a fully on-site position based in Boise, Idaho.

Salary: $85,000 to $120,000 DOE + Incentives

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Construction Managers and trade partners to align model component delivery schedules with fabrication requirements and construction sequencing.
  • Work with Construction Managers to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive submittal tracking system, ensuring all reports and dashboards remain accurate and current.
  • Perform risk analysis on subcontractor workflows to proactively identify and mitigate potential delays and issues.
  • Collaborate with BIM Coordinators to maintain an accurate and reliable model review and approval schedule.
  • Partner with the data team to ensure workflow automation tools remain current, accurate, and aligned with project needs.

Professional Experience and Education:

  • Four to seven (4-7) years'' experience in architectural, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry required.

  • Specific experience in industrial and/or advanced manufacturing projects is required.

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industry preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, Revit, and Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams), with a working understanding of computer network environments.
  • Proficient in project management software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Experience administering and organizing Autodesk Forma (formerly known as ACC), and other common data environments.
  • Experience with Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) methods and digital fabrication preferred.
  • Trained in design document reading and specifications.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Environment & Mobility

  • Must work in both office and active construction site environments, spending more than 50% of time stationary.

  • Must access all site areas and levels, including climbing stairs, ascending/descending ladders, and entering confined or underground spaces.

  • Must work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Strength & Dexterity

  • Must lift or manipulate up to 50 lbs to a height of three feet and carry or push it 50-100 feet. Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and crawling required for examining project work. Constantly operates computers and standard office equipment.

  • Sensory

  • Vision: Close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment required for both screen-based and outdoor environments.

  • Hearing: Must tolerate proximity to loud equipment; hearing protection required as needed. Regular communication with colleagues and customers in office, site, and digital meeting settings.

  • Speech: Must communicate plans, protocols, directives, and SOPs related to project scope clearly in English.

  • Transportation

  • Must hold a valid driver''s license and safely operate a vehicle.

  • Cognitive

  • Must apply independent judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills to analyze data, transcribe information, interpret printed and digital documents, and determine the best method to accomplish desired results
