We are looking for a passionate and dedicated BIM Lead (Project Delivery Focus) to join our Cities and Places team in Northwest geography based out of Boise, Idaho. This role is ideal for a Senior Architectural Designer or BIM Coordinator ready to step into a leadership role, helping drive BIM coordination and digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams on complex, fast-paced projects.

This role offers the opportunity to operate in a lead designer capacity, working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of design intent across all phases. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and coordinating detailed BIM models, with a strong focus on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) systems while supporting cross-disciplinary integration with engineering teams.

The base salary range for this position is $54,100.00 to $84,550.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
