Salary Range $100,000 - $125,000 Permanent Position with Benefits
A long-standing small architectural group offering services from strategic and master planning to post construction and project management services is seeking a full time BIM specialist with an architectural background to manage the BIM 360, Revit and other associated programs and online tools.
Responsibilities:- Review, evaluate, and if necessary, establish standards for BIM. Organize, create, maintain, develop templates, details, components, and family libraries.
- Manage BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools.
- Coordinate and manage all consultant BIM files.
- Take a leadership role in training office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs.
- Assist in the maintenance of the software and hardware systems (coordination with our off-site IT consultant)
- Willingness to travel and conduct on-site field documentation.
- Ability to put together a complete set of construction documents with the assistance of the project architect.
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
