ICON is seeking a BIM Manager to join our Design-Build team. This role will lead the development and implementation of BIM strategy, standards, and workflows that bridge conventional design practices with ICON's revolutionary 3D printing construction technology. The BIM Manager will oversee modelcoordination across multidisciplinary teams, manage BIM content libraries, and serve as the primary liaison between design, technology, and construction teams to deliver innovative printed building solutions.
You will establish the BIM infrastructure and processes that enable ICON to deliverhigh-performance 3D-printed buildings across residential, commercial, and government sectors. As an ICONIC, you will be an industry leader developing entirely novel approaches to digital construction workflows, integrating design-to-print processes with traditional AEC practices. You will have the opportunity to advance humankind's ability to provide dignified, affordable, resilient, and sustainable shelter to the world. This role is based on ICON's Austin, TX campus and reports to the Director, Principal Architect.
