POSITION OVERVIEW The BIM Specialist / Manager is a critical technical leadership role responsible for implementing, managing, and advancing Building Information Modeling standards and workflows across all project types and studio disciplines. This position bridges the gap between design intent and technical execution, ensuring our teams leverage BIM tools to their fullest potential while maintaining consistency, quality, and coordination throughout every phase of a project.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an architectural or interior design firm, with at least 2 years in a dedicated BIM leadership or management role
Demonstrated experience on commercial projects
Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit — required
Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 for model coordination and project management
Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model federation
Familiarity with parametric design tools such as Enscape, Dynamo or Grasshopper is highly desirable
Experience with visualization tools (V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) a plus
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of IFC standards and open BIM workflows
Professional Competencies
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong communicator capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for design technology
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in Revit is preferred
