The work includes Revit content development, MCAD-to-BIM coordination, model review, Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, and the development of standards and workflows that can be used consistently across projects.

This is a good opportunity for someone with a foundation in BIM or VDC who wants broader exposure to engineering, product-based design, and complex project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Planning, tracking, and performing quality reviews of BIM/VDC deliverables

  • Translating engineering and product information into coordinated BIM deliverables

  • Supporting the exchange of design information between MCAD and BIM platforms

  • Reviewing models for completeness, data quality, interface requirements, and downstream use

  • Coordinating with engineering teams, vendors, A/E partners, VDC teams, construction teams, and owner representatives

  • Maintaining project templates, trackers, standards, and documented workflows

  • Helping improve the consistency and quality of digital deliverables across projects

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, design technology, or a related field

  • At least two years of professional experience in BIM, VDC, design technology, or model-based project delivery

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Revit, including families, parameters, schedules, and model organization

  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud

  • Experience with Navisworks or similar model-coordination software

  • Experience reviewing models for quality, completeness, and coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, product information, and construction documents

  • Familiarity with MCAD-to-BIM workflows

  • Experience with configurable products, modular systems, or product-based design

  • Knowledge of BIM/VDC standards and digital delivery practices

  • Experience coordinating work across engineering, A/E, construction, vendor, and owner teams

  • Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or other complex capital programs

  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through

  • Ability to manage priorities and assigned deliverables with limited day-to-day oversight

  • Interest in improving how digital design information is organized and used across projects

Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed above. We are interested in individuals who bring a strong BIM/VDC foundation and want to develop their knowledge of product-based design and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
