Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Manager to lead digital delivery and coordination efforts for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will oversee BIM standards, model coordination, clash detection, and VDC workflows while supporting multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams across complex civil and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC coordination for large infrastructure and heavy civil projects.
• Manage and coordinate models using Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Perform clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings with engineering, construction, and field teams.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and digital delivery processes.
• Support project planning, construction sequencing, and field coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and owners to improve project execution.
• Mentor BIM/VDC staff and support team development.
• Support projects involving water/wastewater infrastructure, utilities, treatment facilities, and underground systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience supporting large infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil projects.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Revit
• Navisworks
• Civil 3D
• Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360
• Experience with water/wastewater facilities, utility infrastructure, or related municipal projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and construction workflows.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-paced project environments.
