Summary
The Bin Washer will be personally responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and scraping bins that are being brought in for maintenance. The Bin Washer will be responsible for other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Manager. The Bin Washer position will require to work overtime and weekend as needed.
Job Description
- Performs heavy scraping of the interior and exterior of light and heavy duty dumpster containers.
- Performs washing of the interior and exterior of light and heavy duty dumpster containers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Consistently behaves in a manner that is appropriate and professional.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to work long hours and available to work on weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
- Forklift certified.

- Physical:
- Standing, walking, seeing, hearing, & smelling continuously.
- Problem solving, oral communication, analytical ability, concentration continuously.
- Eye/hand coordination, handling, & wrist motion continuously.
- Bending, reaching, stretching, interpersonal abilities & lifting 50 Lbs. frequently.
- Environmental:
- Exposure to dust, smoke, fumes, odors, grease, oil, chemicals, wet slippery surfaces, hot/cold conditions, & noise continuously.
- Works outside only.
Hours:
12:30 pm - 9:00 pm (based on business needs)
Monday - Friday, every other Saturday based on business needs
Salary: $20.60 per hour
